I’m an entrepreneur, strategic planner, product ideator and consultant who has bootstrapped several successful companies, launched multiple SaaS products and helped hundreds of corporations build their brand identities, redefine their sales and marketing strategies and realize their brand and business potential.

My strategic and creative approach and working with incredible talent has won over 50 awards, including NY Festival’s, FWA’s, London International awards, Applied Arts, Marketing Awards and six Cassies for business results including the Grand Prix award for Hellmann’s Real Food Movement.

By understanding the rules and not being afraid to frequently break them, I’ve led teams to realize how innovative thinking can break boundaries and demonstrate stronger business results. My approach has allowed our teams to innovate and futureproof, including:

 
  • Building one of the first rich media players; for the Vancouver Canucks

  • One of the first to use dynamic interactive ads; for Juicy Fruit

  • One of the first to use Facebook Connect; for Hellmann's

  • One of the first to create a stereoscopic 3D website, for 3M Filtrate

  • First to create a dynamic interactive desktop video avatar, for Axe Body Spray

  • First to create contextual video ads, for ING Direct on YouTube

  • Created Waterwise, a global sustainability program for Mother Parkers coffee

eQuo is a locally grown network platform providing a voice for entrepreneurs and built to uncover, build and nurture tighter, stronger, more mutually-beneficial connections in a deliberate fashion, versus the episodic and accidental way that currently it happens today.

eQuo cultivates and curates an eQuo-system that nurtures and feeds the talent our entrepreneurs need while providing them with the necessary resources to grow throughout each stage of their business.

The platform connects people and companies to talent, resources, content and capital that they require based on their personal needs and requirements to help them reduce time, energy and money searching for them.

Founder and chief architect of the vision for Dashboard, a digital advertising firm and brand specialist with a history of innovation strategically and creatively. Our client list included great brands such as Toyota, Axe, Hellmann's, Vaseline, Wayne Gretzky, Milk, 3M, H&R Block, Sunlight Laundry Detergent, Juicy Fruit, Excel Extreme, Ontario Toyota Dealers, W Network, Cosmo TV, Children's Wish, Salon Selectives, Torstar, Indigo, St. FX University, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, ING Direct, Mother Parkers and many more. Glovebox is a CMS/Service based offering for automotive dealerships. It acts as their "web-side assistance" and provides full agility in their marketing functions. This product provides dealer support in the form a virtual internet department to give them autonomy with professional support to build their business. Glovebox provides full marketing support for automotive dealerships including social media training, strategic planning, creative development and full production in traditional and digital media. The platform is used by hundreds of dealerships across Canada, as well as Toyota and Nissan. (Partner: Brent Wees)

Bumper App Inc., created by Steve Southin who then partnered with me, is a first-mover, fully automated cloud retention marketing tool for car dealers. Bumper empowers dealers with the ability to create Loyalty Sales Events targeting their current customer database. Bumper was successfully brought to market in October 2014 and within the first eight months it was embraced by over 10% of the Canadian automotive industry with 300 franchised new car dealers using the platform. Strategy Mob is an affiliate community for automotive professionals. As the industry changes in organizational structure, processes, digital integration and continues to evolve, Strategy Mob provides the resource to understanding these changes. RevUps is a DIY SaaS promotions and marketing campaign builder. RevUps provided customizable, interactive, lead generating marketing assets and tools that allowed businesses to quickly develop fully integrated campaigns from core templates that were proven to drive leads and sales.
